SACHEM

Sachem is a lovely 16.0hh TB gelding, sound as a pasture companion, and probably for light riding at the walk. (Sachem has not been ridden for two years.)

He is smart, sane, personable, calm, well-mannered and great in turnout with mares, geldings, and babies. Retired after a successful career on the track and several years as a lower-level event horse due to a hind tendon injury. He has had no other issues or illnesses, but does have arthritic changes in his front fetlocks from racing. Easy keeper, lives out 24/7 barefoot. No vices, loads, clips, farrier, etc.

He's a real "personality", and would love a home where he can be loved on all the time, and treated as the star he knows he is :->. I think he could also be a wonderful "trick horse", as he's so intelligent.
